How does it work?

Coupons are a great way for people to try out a restaurant for the first time. Our Merchant Partners give us permission to sell coupons to their establishments at discounted rates so that more new people will want try their awesome restaurants and events! Does my voucher have to be printed?

Technically, yes. Our contracts with the merchants currently state that only the printed form of the voucher can be accepted but with today's smart phones being an entire computer in our pockets, many of our merchants will accept them straight from your phone! It's up to them though, and the safest bet will always be to print your voucher before visiting.

My voucher expired... Can I still use it?

Yes! The promotional value ($20, $30, etc.) of your voucher has an expiration of either 120 or 90 days, meaning it cannot be used for that value beginning on the expiration date. The Paid value however, (what you actually paid for the voucher) doesn't ever expire! California law states that what you pay for a coupon or gift card is how much it is worth and that the value you've paid cannot expire.

Uh Oh, the restaurant my voucher is for has closed. What can I do?

If the promotional value of your voucher has not expired, we can give you a full refund for what you paid for. If it has expired, we can give you credit for the paid value to purchase another deal! All you have to do is email us at deals@get1free.com and we can help you.

My favorite deal is out of stock! When will it be back?

All of our merchants sign up for our website with a limited number of vouchers that they can sell. It's completely up to them if they want to sell more after the've sold them all and that can take some time for them to decide. Don't worry though! We get new deals in all the time so your next favorite place might be coming soon!
